This policy explains how LUDINO LIVE and its affiliated companies (“LUDINO,” “we,” or “us”) process personal data collected through the LUDINO LIVE app, LUDINO LIVE LITE, ludino.live, and related services (collectively, the “LUDINO Services”).

Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide and improve the LUDINO Services. This may include information you provide directly and information collected when you use our services.
Information you provide
- Registration details, including date of birth, phone number or email, password, user identifier, and language.
- Profile details such as alias, profile images, gender, hometown, self-introduction, and linked social media details.
- User-generated content including comments, images, videos, messages, livestreams, and other uploaded materials.
- Payment and billing information for transactions.
- Location data when you grant permission.
- Information from third-party accounts you choose to connect.
Information collected automatically
- Browsing and search history and interactions with other users.
- Device identifiers, IP address, mobile carrier, and operating system details.
- Usage data, cookies, and similar technologies used for analytics and service improvements.
- Mobile advertising identifiers used to support relevant advertising.
- Metadata connected to user-generated content, such as hashtags and timestamps.
How we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the LUDINO Services.
- Manage accounts and provide customer and technical support.
- Review content and enforce our policies.
- Personalize content and advertisements based on activity.

How we share information
Your information may be shared with other users when your profile or activity is public; with service providers supporting payments, analytics, operations, and security; with authorities when required by law; and with affiliates or a buyer as part of a merger, acquisition, or similar business transaction.

Your data may be stored and processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from those in your jurisdiction. We use safeguards intended to support compliance with applicable regulations. We also use measures such as encryption, authentication, and access controls to protect personal data; however, no online service can be completely secure.

You can use in-app settings to manage privacy preferences, location access, cookies, and certain data-processing choices. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your data; withdraw consent; or object to processing. Submit requests to help@ludino.live.
Children, retention, and updates
LUDINO LIVE does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we discover such data, we will take steps to delete it. We retain information while your account remains active and as otherwise required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can request account deletion through app settings, by email, or using the account deletion request form.
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the LUDINO Services after an update means the revised policy applies. California residents should also understand that applicable privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act may supplement this policy.
