What we can help with

• Your account and the app — sign-in trouble, purchases, reporting a player, or anything that is not working.
• Privacy and your data — requests to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal data, or to withdraw consent. See the Privacy Policy.
• Copyright — takedown notices and counter-notices. The Copyright Policy lists what a valid notice must contain.
• Law enforcement — data, emergency and preservation requests, as set out in the Law Enforcement Request Policy.
• Account deletion — trouble finding your User ID, setting a password, or submitting the request form.

Deleting your account

You can request deletion from inside the app via Me → Settings → Account Management → Delete Account, or submit the account deletion request form on this site.
